Sinopsis

Twenty years ago, Zhao Ru, trapped in an unhappy marriage, was forced to give up custody of her daughter Qi Sisi. Twenty years later, Zhao Ru has become the chairwoman of a restaurant chain, thanks to her exceptional culinary skills. Eager to find her long-lost daughter, she remains unaware that her stepson Wu Zixuan, who pretends to be filial, and her adopted daughter Zhao Si'er, whom she has painstakingly raised, have long colluded in secret, plotting to seize her family fortune. After going through countless hardships, Zhao Ru and Qi Sisi finally reunite. Things take a turn for the worse when Qi Sisi, in an attempt to help her mother recover a debt, accidentally drives the debtor to his death, pushing their relationship to a freezing point. It is not until Zhao Ru, through careful investigation, uncovers the conspiracy of her stepson and adopted daughter that she finally takes action to protect Qi Sisi. From her scummy ex-husband to her unfilial stepson, all those who have wronged her receive their just deserts. Zhao Ru's decisive actions eventually set both her family and company back on the right track. Influenced by her mother, Qi Sisi grows rapidly. The mother and daughter resolve their misunderstandings and join hands to embrace a happy life together.
