Sinopsis

Alexander Blackwood, an interstellar scout from planet Hakker, faces persecution from his brother after falling in love with Ophelia Clark, an Earth woman who sacrifices her life to save him. Five centuries later, Alexander discovers Scarlett Morrison, Ophelia's reincarnation, and approaches her under the guise of a terminally ill man. Scarlett, guided by her hazy past-life memories, agrees to a contractual companionship with him. While Alexander constantly protects her from danger, his own schemes sometimes cause her distress, leading him to shower her with increasingly possessive affection.
