Sinopsis

After a family crisis, overseas student Sally Matthews spent three years in Western Europe as Kurt Thompson’s kept canary. When her studies ended, she decisively broke free. That night, the man who had always been calm and restrained lost control for the first time. He thought, as before, that trimming the canary’s wings would bring her back.
